Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a strong background in digital marketing to create visually stunning and engaging content for our online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of design principles, marketing trends, and consumer behavior in the digital space. Graphics Designer will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to translate marketing objectives into compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and execute visually appealing graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, website banners, email templates, infographics, video graphics, and digital ads.
  • Create and edit captivating video content for marketing campaigns, product promotions, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
  • Ensure all designs align with [Your Company Name]’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistent brand identity across all materials.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that effectively meet business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver design assets for various marketing campaigns and events, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and insights to marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct A/B testing on graphic elements to optimize performance and deliver data-driven improvements.
  • Organize and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring easy accessibility for the Marketing Team.
  • Exhibit self-management and ownership, effectively managing time and priorities to meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative designs and projects.
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Strong video editing skills to create compelling visual content.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to conceptualize ideas effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with IT services, cyber security, or technology-related industries is a plus.
