Responsibilities:
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Warmly greet visitors, clients, and employees as they arrive and provide assistance as needed.
- Answering Inquiries: Manage incoming calls and emails, answering inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Visitor Registration: Register guests and issue visitor badges while maintaining visitor logs for security purposes.
- Handling Correspondence: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate recipients.
- Appointment Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating conference room bookings, and notifying attendees.
- Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of visitor statistics, contact information, and other relevant data.
- Assisting with Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support, such as filing documents, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
- Security and Safety: Monitor security cameras, enforce security protocols, and respond to emergency situations professionally.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and professional appearance of the front desk area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
