Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and Welcome Guests: Warmly greet visitors, clients, and employees as they arrive and provide assistance as needed.
  2. Answering Inquiries: Manage incoming calls and emails, answering inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  3. Visitor Registration: Register guests and issue visitor badges while maintaining visitor logs for security purposes.
  4. Handling Correspondence: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate recipients.
  5. Appointment Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating conference room bookings, and notifying attendees.
  6. Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of visitor statistics, contact information, and other relevant data.
  7. Assisting with Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support, such as filing documents, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
  8. Security and Safety: Monitor security cameras, enforce security protocols, and respond to emergency situations professionally.
  9. Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and professional appearance of the front desk area.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-oriented with a pleasant demeanor.
